Description

Packaging glue is mainly used in the making of cartons and boxes. Starch increases the bonding capacity of the glue and thus has an excellent adhesive property. The unique feature of the starch supplied by BCS Global Innovation is that it is easy to apply and dries quickly.

CartoBind-C

This pasting gum powder exported by BCS Global Innovation is used in carton and corrugated boxes. The molecules are small and have a consistent viscosity. It is known for its excellent adhesive property, high strength film property, best tackiness, wide range of water solubility, and fast drying property. High solids ensure higher compress strength, stiffness, and superior bonding.

CartoBind-H

Hot paste is a pasting gum powder widely used in carton and corrugated boxes. This starch is known for its excellent adhesive property, high strength film property, best tackiness, wide range of water solubility, and fast drying property.
The molecules in hot paste starch are small and have a consistent viscosity. The high solids ensure higher compress strength, stiffness, and superior bonding while packaging.

CartoGum

In the corrugated gum powder, the polymers within the starch, upon gelatinization, absorb water and during cooling get entangled with paper fibres, thereby bridging the two sheets of paper. It lowers the consumption of glue, maintains viscosity and solid content, and ensures good bonding due to low gelatinization.
This adhesive usually has some quantity of free starch and un-gelatinized starch. The free starch gets gelatinized by the heat of the corrugating medium and gives a stronger bonding.

Yellow Dextrin

Yellow Dextrin is used as a binder additive for more binding strength in carton and corrugation box manufacturing. It dries quickly and is easy to apply.
